Lori C.

Lori comes from a real estate background serving clients for the past 10 years. Being very close to her family she takes great pride in working together as a team with her husband James. Lori enjoys motorsports, family time with her siblings, nieces and nephews and traveling to warm places! You wont be able to miss Lori's sweet charm when she answers the phone for one of her valued customers!

James C.

After spending 15 years in motorsports management and promotion, James was looking to get off the road, stop living out of suitcase and to spend time with his growing family. He was looking for a business he and his wife Lori could work together on and be a vital part of the fast growing greater Indianapolis community. In his free time James loves sporting events, concerts and all things water related including beaches and fish! Serving both residential and commercial customers is something James takes great pride in as he and Lori continue to grow their family owned and operated business.

Kanon C.

Kanon is currently in 1st Grade preparing to one day take over his parents business. In the mean time he enjoys making a mess out of the office and playing with his dinosaurs, sharks and fishing poles. When not harassing his dog Votto, Kanon loves to eat especially Italian food and hot "diggity" dogs! To prepare him for his future management role at Bin There Dump That Kanon takes roll call over his toy trucks, cars and various farm animals and holds them to the strictest standards! Clean and green is Kanon's favorite motto which you may hear him yelling in the back ground!

Carlos P.

Carlos joined us in late Spring of 2021. In addition to his efficient delivery skills, he's also known for his kind and respectful nature. He enjoys travelling the world with his wife and sampling local cuisine. Carlos is also a music fan and likes to start the day with his favorite playlist. Recently Carlos began pursuing a nursing degree in addition to maintaining his position with us. We're excited to celebrate his successes along the way!

Ryan L.

Ryan has been with us since February 2018. When he’s not at work he enjoys exercising, traveling, and hanging out with his kids. He’s also a big fan of watching the Food Network, cooking, and fishing.

Vira C.

Vira has been with us since October of 2019. She is super thorough and outstandingly friendly. She moved to Indianaolis from central California with her husband and five children and they now reside in beautiful Avon! She spends lots of time serving at her church, Harvest Bible Chapel. Elvira spends her time away from the office homeschooling her kids and exploring Indy with her family. Elvira’s favorite places so far have been Monument Circle in downtown Indy and Shipshewana!

Victoria C

Victoria is fluent in Spanish, Estamos encantados de ayudarle con su próximo proyecto, tenemos 4 contenedores de basura de tamaño conveniente para satisfacer específicamente las necesidades de su proyecto. When not working she loves spending time with her family and dogs, a Pitbull named Layla and a Chihuahua called Venellope. She can eat pizza like no other and loves to make people smile and feel good about themselves! She also loves learning about cars in her free time.

Jonny S.

Jonny is the behind the scenes magician who keeps Bin There Dump That operating smoothly day in and day out. Having retired several times in his younger days Jon just can't get enough of his buddies at Bin There Dump That. In addition to keeping the trucks and bins in tip top shape he oversees operations at the shop. An avid race car fan, especially non wing Sprint Cars Jon has a great knowledge of all things that involve tires, gas and going fast!

Matt

Matt joined Bin There Dump That in February 2022 after spending ten years managing a retail paint store. He lives in Greenwood with his girlfriend, their four kids, and one more on the way. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his kids, going to Pacers games, and vacationing in Destin, Florida. If time ever allows (parents know how this goes), he also enjoys golfing with friends and playing guitar.

Derek

Originally from the western part of Kentucky, Derek relocated to Indianapolis and eventually joined the Bin There Dump That team over the summer of 2022. His favorite part of his job is the variety each day. In the office Derek is known for his positive attitude (and sharing when he makes a run to the local, legendary donut shop!). In his spare time Derek enjoys following the Titans (and sports in general), cooking, enjoying visits with his new grandbaby, and outdoor adventures.

Walberto

Walberto enjoys driving and working in the roll-off dumpster industry. Helping people is listed as one of the aspects that he enjoys while working at Bin There Dump That. When he is not at work Walberto enjoys spending time with his family. Like several of our team members, Walberto also has a goal of one day owning his own company. We love the entrepreneurial spirit and drive of our BTDT crew!

Melissa

Melissa is a dumpster consultant, gif master, and the general shenanigans coordinator. Before joining the BTDT team Melissa was a professional singer-songwriter and studio musician. She enjoys writing dumpster jingles and dreams of someday releasing an epic dumpster musical. When she's not slinging bins, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids; gracing the community theatre stages; decorating fancy cookies; and buying and selling vintage clothes. Melissa's favorite things include: being way too dressed up for generally mundane occasions, jokes, pranks, and laughing so hard it hurts.

Josiah G

Josiah is a recent graduate from Kelley School of Business. He is expecting his second daughter in the near future. After spending time as a delivery driver, Josiah has transitioned into an office role where he enjoys being able to interact with customers. When he’s not working he is often working out at his local CrossFit gym 9 Degrees Brownsburg or spending time with his family.
